By his divine power, God has given us everything we need for living a godly life. We have received all of this by coming to know him, the one who called us to himself by means of his marvelous glory and excellence.

When we shift our perspective and realize that through our relationship with Jesus we already have everything we need, we position ourselves for the manifestations of God’s promises to show up in our lives. Rather than placing our attention on circumstances, let us place our attention on Jesus; we will see Him showing up in the midst of our circumstances doing what only He can do.
