The Gift Of His Peace (John 14:27)

Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

John 14:27 (KJV)

Jesus has already given us the gift of His peace. We received His peace when we received Him, and we access His peace as we keep our minds and hearts filled with His Word. And so rather than allowing circumstances to dictate where our attention goes, let us purpose in our hearts to focus on the One who is our peace. We will find ourselves walking in His wisdom and guidance in any given situation.

In His Presence (Psalm 16:11)

Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.

Psalm 16:11 (KJV)

Getting in the presence of God through His Word, worship, praise, prayer and simply talking with Him, takes us to a place of joy that is independent of any circumstances. Out of this fellowship with God that is available to all will come wisdom and revelation to guide us on the path of life.

Faith Accesses What Grace Has Provided (Romans 5:2)

By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

Romans 5:2 (KJV)

Grace is the revelation that God has made available anything we will ever need through the finished works of Jesus. Faith is how we access what grace has provided. And so let us embrace by faith that the solution to every challenge has already been made available. When we believe this and live out from it, we will see the evidence of it manifesting in our life.

The Gift Of His Peace (John 14:27)

Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

John 14:27 (KJV)

We have the ability to not let our heart be troubled because Jesus has already given us the gift of His peace. We received His peace when we received Him, and we access His peace as we keep our minds and hearts filled with His Word. And so rather than allowing circumstances to dictate where our attention goes, let us purpose in our hearts to focus on the One who is our peace. Seek His Ways (Psalm 25:4-5)

Shew me thy ways, O LORD; teach me thy paths. Lead me in thy truth, and teach me: for thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day.

Psalm 25:4-5 (KJV)

We open ourselves to supernatural favor and wisdom from above when we make it our practice to pause and seek the counsel and direction of God in all things. When we no longer insist on our own ways, but seek His ways, His paths and His truth, He will take us to places of breakthrough we could have never reached on our own.

Live According To God’s Way (Psalms 19:7)

The instructions of the Lord are perfect, reviving the soul. The decrees of the Lord are trustworthy, making wise the simple.

Psalms 19:7 (NLT)

When we put our trust in God’s Word and in the leading and the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we will find peace overtaking our soul and wisdom filling our heart. Committing to lives lived according to God’s way will always reveal His instructions to be perfect and His Word evermore trustworthy.

Live By The Wisdom Of The Word (Proverbs 23:12)

Apply thine heart unto instruction, and thine ears to the words of knowledge.

Proverbs 23:12 (KJV)

We apply our heart to the instruction of God’s Word by speaking it over our lives, and by making it a part of our everyday conversation. Whatever we hear repeatedly—even as we hear ourselves saying it—will become rooted in our hearts. When we consistently live by the knowledge found in the Word of God, good success and prosperity in every area become inevitable.
