Grace And Peace Multiplied (2 Peter 1:2)

Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,

2 Peter 1:2 (KJV)

Grace and peace are multiplied through intimate heart knowledge of God. The more we meditate on the truth that Jesus has made us one hundred percent righteous and that He has given us full and complete access to the blessings of the kingdom, the greater becomes our peace in Him.

Super-Abundant Grace (1 Timothy 1:14)

And the grace (unmerited favor and blessing) of our Lord [actually] flowed out superabundantly and beyond measure for me, accompanied by faith and love that are [to be realized] in Christ Jesus.

1 Timothy 1:14 (AMP)

When we receive a revelation of God’s grace as His unmerited favor and blessing being made available to us, our faith increases as a result as we come to recognize and embrace His love for us. Rather than performing to try to get God to bless us, we find ourselves resting in His love and in His finished works. And out from this place do we move ever more fully towards the manifestation of His promises.

You Are Not Under The Law (Romans 6:14)

For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.

Romans 6:14 (KJV)

The purpose of the law of Moses was to bring people to an end of themselves. The law was given to recognize our need for a Savior. Grace, on the other hand, liberates us from all guilt and condemnation, thereby enabling us to live right. Grace transforms us from the inside out, teaching us to live godly and victorious lives. And grace is not a curriculum or a doctrine; grace is a Person, His name is Jesus.

Grace And Peace Multiplied (2 Peter 1:2)

Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,

2 Peter 1:2 (KJV)

The knowledge of God and the finished works of Jesus yields in an increase of grace and peace. And so the more we meditate on the truth that Jesus has done everything He needed to do to make us righteous and to give us full and complete access to the blessings of the kingdom, the greater becomes our peace in Him.

Grace Causes Us To Be Thankful (2 Corinthians 4:15)

For all things are for your sakes, that grace, having spread through the many, may cause thanksgiving to abound to the glory of God.

2 Corinthians 4:15 (NKJV)

Grace causes us to be thankful because grace is the revelation that everything we need has already been made available. As we walk in this by faith, one day and one moment at a time, our gratitude gives glory to God. And God’s glory always shows itself in the lives of His people as the very manifestations of His favor and goodness.

Super-Abundant Grace (1 Timothy 1:14)

Light Unto The Upright (Psalm 112:4)

Unto the upright there ariseth light in the darkness: he is gracious, and full of compassion, and righteous.

Psalm 112:4 (KJV)

We are upright in the eyes of God through our faith in Jesus. As a result darkness has lost its power over us, and even in the midst of challenges and opposition there will be light. We may rely fully upon the gracious and compassionate nature of our heavenly Father, and stand firmly and securely upon His righteousness.

Giving Glory To God Through Thanksgiving (2 Corinthians 4:15)

For all things are for your sakes, that grace, having spread through the many, may cause thanksgiving to abound to the glory of God.

2 Corinthians 4:15 (NKJV)

The more we receive a revelation of the depth and the magnitude of the grace of God, the more will gratitude increase in our lives. A lifestyle of thanksgiving gives glory to God, and God’s glory always shows itself in and through the lives of His people as the manifestations of His grace, favor and goodness.

Aligning Our Thoughts With God’s Thoughts (2 Corinthians 10:4-5)

(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

2 Corinthians 10:4-5 (KJV)

We are called to get our thoughts aligned with God’s thoughts. This means steadfastly resisting thoughts, theories and imaginings that contradict His will and His promises, and instead filling our hearts and minds with the truth of His Word. The more that His Word becomes a living reality in our hearts, the more will our lives change to reflect His goodness, His grace and His glory.
