God Makes Our Way Perfect (Psalm 18:32)

It is God that girdeth me with strength, and maketh my way perfect.

Psalm 18:32 (KJV)

God supplies us with strength and He leads us into His will for our lives as we trust Him and depend upon Him in all things. We limit God by trying to do things according to our own ways; yet when we trust in His leading and in the guidance of the Holy Spirit, He will make our way perfect.

Seek His Ways (Psalm 25:4-5)

Shew me thy ways, O LORD; teach me thy paths. Lead me in thy truth, and teach me: for thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day.

Psalm 25:4-5 (KJV)

We open ourselves to supernatural favor and wisdom from above when we make it our practice to pause and seek the counsel and direction of God in all things. When we no longer insist on our own ways, but seek His ways, His paths and His truth, He will take us to places of breakthrough we could have never reached on our own.

God Leads Us By The Right Way (Psalm 107:7)

And he led them forth by the right way, that they might go to a city of habitation.

Psalm 107:7 (KJV)

God will always lead us by the right way. When we follow the leading of the Holy Spirit, He will lead us in the way of God’s perfect will for our lives. Our role is to trust Him and to follow His promptings. And the will of God for us is to see His goodness and favor coming to pass.

This Is The Lord’s Doing (Psalm 118:23)

This is the LORD’s doing; it is marvellous in our eyes.

Psalm 118:23 (KJV)

God wants to exceed our wildest imaginings as we trust Him and believe He will do what no one else can do. And when the promise shows up, it will be obvious that it was not of our own doing. All we will be able to say is, “This is the Lord’s doing, and it is marvelous in our eyes!”

We limit God by trying to do things according to our own ways; yet when we trust in His leading and the guidance of the Holy Spirit, He will make our way perfect.

It Pleases God When We Prosper (Psalms 35:27)

Let them shout for joy and be glad, that favour my righteous cause: yea, let them say continually, Let the LORD be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.

Psalms 35:27 (KJV)

Notice that God has pleasure in our prosperity. Godly prosperity is to experience the wholeness and the peace of God in every area of our life with nothing missing and nothing broken. It is God’s will for us to prosper and have good success so we can be a greater blessing to the people we come into contact with.

Trust In God (Psalm 62:5-7)

My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him. He only is my rock and my salvation: he is my defence; I shall not be moved. In God is my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God.

Psalm 62:5-7 (KJV)

When we place all our trust and expectation in the goodness and faithfulness of God, we will not be disappointed. While God often works through other people, let us remember always that He alone is the rock of our salvation and our strength.

Walking In His Presence (Psalm 16:11)

Thou wilt show me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.

Psalm 16:11 (KJV)

When we look to Jesus and walk with Him, He will lead us up the path of life. We discover in His presence a joy that cannot be taken away, we will find the pleasures that come from knowing who we are in Him and what He has called us to do.

Expect The Goodness Of God (Psalm 27:13)

I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living.

Psalm 27:13 (KJV)

We receive strength through believing that we will see the goodness of God in our lives. When we live each day in an earnest and confident expectation of good, we position ourselves to receive the blessings that God has already prepared for us.

Seek His Ways (Psalm 25:4-5)

Shew me thy ways, O LORD; teach me thy paths. Lead me in thy truth, and teach me: for thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day.
