Respond In Faith (Acts 16:25-26)

And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them. And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one’s bands were loosed.

Acts 16:25-26 (KJV)

The way we respond in moments of hardship will often determine what the outcome will be. Paul and Silas, when locked up in prison, responded by praising God. As a result a miracle took place which enabled them to escape. When we praise God in the midst of the storm, we make ourselves available to seeing His supernatural power at work in our lives!

All Things Are Possible With God (Luke 18:27)

And he said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.

Luke 18:27 (KJV)

When it comes to the areas of our lives in which we are waiting for breakthrough, may we remember to never look merely at what we can do in our own strength and ability. Let us look instead unto our God who can move the mountains, split the seas of adversity, and who will faithfully lead us into our promised land.

Not Limiting God (Luke 18:27)

And he said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.

Luke 18:27 (KJV)

Let us remember to never limit God based upon what seems possible through human efforts alone. We serve a God of miracles who can do what no one else can. And so when it comes to the areas of our lives in which we are waiting for breakthroughs, may we remember to never look merely at what we can do in our strength and ability.
