God’s Perfect Love (1 John 4:7-9)

Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.

1 John 4:7-9 (KJV)

Everything God has done for us through the finished works of Jesus is rooted in His perfect love for us. We know and experience the love of God as we look to Jesus and receive the fullness of what His grace has made available. In this we will find ourselves blessed and being a blessing.

Identity In Christ (Ephesians 4:23-24)

And be renewed in the spirit of your mind; And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.

Ephesians 4:23-24 (KJV)

Putting on the new man is a shifting in identity. We no longer look at who we were in the flesh, we look to who Jesus has made us to be. The more that this becomes our meditation, the more will we begin to live according to our identity in Christ. And that’s when we bear much fruit in His name.

Seek The Will Of God With Joy (Psalm 40:16)

Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee: let such as love thy salvation say continually, The LORD be magnified.

Psalm 40:16 (KJV)

Seeking the will of God for our life is not a burdensome task, nor is it something that will put us in a place of sorrow. In fact, the greatest joy and and the greatest fulfillment lie in seeking Jesus, delighting in Him, and desiring daily to carry out His plan and purpose for our lives. So let us magnify the Lord with joy in our hearts! He is our sufficiency, and He will always supply us everything we need to live victoriously.

Complete In Christ (Colossians 2:9-10)

For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power.

Colossians 2:9-10 (NKJV)

We are called to live each day out from our completeness in Christ, to meditate on the promises of Scripture that have been made available to us in Him, and to look to Jesus when it comes to meeting any need that may arise. The more that we open ourselves to this heart of faith, the more will we see the fruits of our salvation showing up in our day to day lives.

The Spirit Of God In Us (Romans 8:15)

For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.

Romans 8:15 (KJV)

It is the Spirit of God in our spirit that draws us unto God, that enables us to fellowship with Him. And so let us approach Him as He truly is: our loving heavenly Father whose good pleasure it is to give us the kingdom. May we give up any fear or feelings of condemnation, and not doubt for one second that it is God’s will for us to be whole in every area of our lives.

Jesus Gives Us Rest (Matthew 11:28)

Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

Matthew 11:28 (KJV)

Jesus gives us rest because He is our sufficiency, and through His finished works we have full and complete access to the boundless riches and beauties of the kingdom of God. And so whatever your need may be today, be sure to take it to the Lord, fellowship with Him, and thank Him that in Him your need is met. Faith gives us access to all that the grace of God has already made available.
